- I am the lucky Mom to two wonderful daughters who are my life and soul. We adopted our first daughter, lovingly referred to as Spring Roll, from Guangxi, China in 2003. Our second daughter, lovingly referred to as Dumpling, was adopted from Jiangxi, China in 2007.
